What You'll Do
You are an Executive Administrative Professional that will
provide support for the Owner.
- You will be very
enthusiastic with a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions;
possess wonderful interpersonal skills with all levels of staff,
executives, customers, vendors.
- You will provide
analytical support to assist executive on special projects. Researching
issues, analyzing problems, compiling data, and preparing reports.
- You will take care of
Correspondence/Approvals: Supports owner by acting as proxy for
communications and approvals as authorized. Answers general questions as
necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and
follow up to ensure proper disposition.
- You will exercise sound
judgment and discretion, maintain a high level of integrity and remain
calm under pressure and you will deal authoritatively with sensitive and
confidential matters and materials.
- You take a lot of
initiative and have an enthusiastic attitude.
- You will have a Quick
Start mentality and be able to change gears quickly as the owner tends to
juggle multiple projects. You will
be able to finish the 20% of a project (the details) of a project the
owner started and brought 80%.
- You will be asking
yourself can we do this better if so how and be constantly looking for new
ideas that could “possibly” be incorporated into our mission.
Who You'll Work With

multi-functional resources to achieve goals. Excellent Customer Relationships
Building inside and outside of MOEbiz. Focusing on the long-term success of
MOEbiz and its growth as well as our employee growth.
Who You Are
You have experience providing support at the Owner level.
You take initiative, can handle a full desk with ease and thrive in a busy
environment.
- You have the ability to
navigate web and email at high competency knowledge.
- You generally resolve own
methods and procedures on new assignments, consulting with supervisor as
appropriate.
- You know how to mentor new
Executive Administrative Assistants and other administrators. You will
participate in a strategic executive assistant program online to allow you
to understand key concepts to support the owner and other team members and
protect their time.
- You use considerable
independent judgment and initiative to resolve issues and make
recommendations, deciding when and if executive action is required and
often supply a recommendation where appropriate.
- You have technical
knowledge of desktop applications.
- Teamwork - you champion
Improvements. Doing more with less, pursue problems, make decisions, and
demonstrate leadership.
Our minimum requirements for this role:
- You have 2 years’
experience in administrative environment and you a minimum of 1 years of
experience supporting a principal at the executive level.
- You will have experience
in planning meetings and coordinating travel and you are advanced in
desktop calendar management programs.
- You have advanced level
knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint.
- You have confirmed
performance in a customer-facing, service-oriented role you have a track
record of excellent performance.

Minimum
