Records Management Admin

Position Summary

This position is in our Records Management Department where documents are scanned.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Document Prep - Prepare documents for scanning. Verify the face sheet per document and insert any necessary target sheets. Removal of metal-staples and paperclips. Tape torn document pages, sticky notes and small pages. Straighten bent corners.
  • Document Scan - Scan documents per customers specifications. Basic computer skills required and ability to learn scanning software.
  • Quality Control - Verify the quality of the scanned documents. Check for multi-feeds, bent pages and legibility. Make corrections as needed.
  • Indexing - Data entry. Input required data from each document for file customer retrieval. Basic computer skills needed and ability to learn indexing software.


Expectations of the Job

  • All duties to be completed with speed and accuracy.
  • Prompt attendance (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm)


Minimum Requirements

  • Basic computer skills 
  • Be able to work independently, accurately and pay attention to details.
  • Be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean background.
