Document Scan Services Sales Representative
Position Overview:
As a Document Scan Services Sales Representative, your
primary responsibility is to generate sales for our document scanning services.
You will be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their
document management needs, and presenting our scanning solutions as viable
options to meet those needs. This role requires a combination of sales
expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of document
management technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through research,
networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of
prospects.
2. Client Engagement:
·
Conduct consultations with potential clients to
understand their document management challenges and requirements.

Present our document scanning services as
solutions to address their specific needs.
·
Educate clients on the benefits and features of
our services.
3. Proposal Development:
·
Prepare customized proposals and quotes tailored
to the requirements discussed with the client.
·
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure
proposed solutions align with client needs and capabilities.
4. Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with
clients to secure deals.
·
Close sales and achieve assigned revenue
targets.
5. Relationship Management:
·
Foster long-term relationships with clients to
encourage repeat business and referrals.
·
Provide ongoing support and assistance to
clients as needed.
6. Market Analysis and Reporting:

Stay informed about industry trends,
competitors, and market developments.
·
Provide regular reports on sales activities,
pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B
sales, preferably in document management, scanning services, or related
industries.

Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability
to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
software.
·
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
·
Must pass a background check and drug screening
